Terms
Last updated: May 2026. By requesting, booking, or receiving services from Maids of Rome, you agree to these general terms.
Estimates and pricing. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client, including property size, condition, cleaning type, add-ons, frequency, and service scope. Final pricing may change if the property condition, square footage, requested work, or access details differ from what was provided.
Scheduling and access. Clients are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, if utilities are unavailable, or if conditions are unsafe, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and fees may apply.
Client preparation. Personal items, valuables, fragile items, important documents, medications, weapons, cash, and breakable items should be secured before service begins. Maids of Rome is not responsible for unsecured valuables or pre-existing damage.
Payments and deposits. Payment is generally collected after service completion. Deposits may be required for first-time deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, larger jobs, commercial work, or appointments that require significant reserved time.
Cancellations and rescheduling. Please provide reasonable notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Repeated cancellations, short-notice cancellations, or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or deposit requirement for future bookings.
Scope of service. Cleaning services are limited to the agreed scope. Additional tasks, add-ons, heavy buildup, excessive clutter, hazardous materials, pest issues, biohazards, or unsafe conditions may require additional fees or may be declined.
Supplies and linens. Maids of Rome provides standard cleaning supplies unless otherwise discussed. Linens are provided by the customer when linen-related tasks are requested.
Satisfaction concerns. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the concern and determine a reasonable resolution. Re-clean requests should be made within 24 hours of service completion.
Service area. Maids of Rome serves Rome, GA and surrounding communities by appointment. Service availability may vary based on distance, schedule, job size, and requested service type.
